At Granada International, we believe leadership is not a title — it is a mindset. Our carefully structured leadership development pathway ensures every student develops the vision, communication skills, and moral foundation to make a positive impact.
Discovery & Responsibility
Young learners are introduced to basic leadership concepts through classroom roles, group projects, and community helpers programmes — building confidence and empathy from the earliest stages.
Emerging Leaders
Students participate in structured leadership modules, public speaking forums, student-led events, and peer mentorship opportunities. The Student Council begins here.
Global Leadership Programme
Comprehensive leadership training including global citizenship projects, university preparation leadership workshops, Duke of Edinburgh Award participation, and mentorship roles within the school community.
